Arrival Procedures:
Arrival is from 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM.
Upon entering the campus parents/guardians will follow the traffic pattern around the loop. The car will stop at the designated area in front of the camp building where a staff member will be waiting to exit them from the right passenger side of the vehicle.
It is important that campers have all their belongings with them. Parents are not to exit the vehicle to remove items from their car trunk or remove seatbelt; a designated staff member will do that for you.
When campers exit the car they will be escorted directly to their respected group.
In the event that a camper arrives tardy (passed their arrival time) and no personnel is available to receive them outside then the parent/guardian is to park and walk the camper to the camp entrance not school entrance so we can escort them to their respected group.
Dismissal Procedures:
Parents/guardians are asked to not arrive to camp any earlier than 5 minutes prior to camp dismissal time.
All campers will remain in their group classroom during the dismissal process.
• As parents/guardians arrive to the camp they MUST have the campers dashboard card displayed on the windshield for security reasons.
Meanwhile the campers will be called in order of vehicle arrival and will be prompted to walked to the designated pick up area. . Camp personnel will be available to assist campers.
Parents will follow the traffic pattern and stop in front of the camp building to receive their child (which will be accompanied by a camp staff member).
As campers enter their car they will do so with all their belongings and be placed in the right passenger side of vehicle. Parents/ guardians are asked to not exit the vehicle in order to avoid delays. If you need to fasten the camper’s seat belt you are asked to go the designated area where the seatbelt can be placed then.
Please email your child's head counselor with the time of your arrival.
When it's time for pick-up, please come to the camp office and provide the staff with your camper's name so they can be called for dismissal. You will need to present the camper's dashboard card or a photo ID and sign for their release.
